Parents Transition Event – Carers of West Lothian

Carers of West Lothian are excited to be running their first transition event at the end of this month!

Designed for young people aged 14 to 17 and their parents or carers, this event supports disabled young people to make their transition into adult life. They will have presentations and talks from professionals in education, housing and employment, as well as stories from people with lived experience.

The event will be held in Livingston Football Club on Wednesday the 27th of September from 6—7:30pm.
