Phoning Us At The Health Centre
Like many practices we experience busy periods on the phones, especially in the early morning.  This is due to our on the day system.  We make every effort to answer calls and appreciate your patience in calling though.

We have an automated call handling system – this is to ensure that you are put through to the most appropriate call handler.  Please listen carefully to the message to select your options.

If you do not have a touchtone phone or get lost in the system, the call will automatically transfer you to an operator who will be able to redirect the call for you.

General Enquiries
To avoid heavy call traffic for appointments in the morning, we are only able to help with general enquiries after 10am.
