Empaglifozin and Canagliflozin

Unfortunately there is a national shortage of Semaglutide. These may not be available till 2024. We are currently contacting patients who are on these medications , some patients will be prescribed Empaglifozin or Canagliflozin. Please find the attached leaflet providing information on these medications. We are also offering a review with the diabetic nurse should patients wish to discuss further.
