Dear Patients

Thank you for your support throughout the COVID Pandemic.  As we begin life away from lockdown restrictions may we remind you that physical distancing of 2 metres still applies to all Health Centres and Hospitals across Scotland.

We are adjusting our services gradually as we find a new way to live throughout the pandemic.

We are here to help you and our sincere thanks for the kindness, patience and understanding shown by the huge majority of our patients – we are truly humbled and grateful for this.  

Sadly, we have noted an increase in verbal and aggressive behaviour from a very small minority of patients of late.  We understand the circumstances of COVID has had a severe impact on everyone, but we need to work in a fair manner to accommodate all of our 9,000 patients. 

We have a zero tolerance policy towards verbal and physical abuse and would ask that if you have issues with the service to take this through the appropriate channels.
