Missed Appointments

We are aware that many patients are happy with our appointment system, however, from discussions with various patients, we also know that some of you do have difficulty in getting an appointment with us. We are constantly trying to improve and adapt our system to meet the demand.

We are also very aware that many patients make appointments, not only in advance, but also make a ‘same day’ appointment and then are unable to attend the appointment.  Unfortunately, many of our patients forget to cancel this, which results in this appointment being wasted. A huge ‘Thank You’ to all of you who have cancelled in time for someone else to benefit from this appointment. 

To those of you who did not cancel, you have contributed to other patients being unable to secure an appointment. PLEASE ensure you cancel your appointment if you cannot attend.   Thank you.
